I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this book having never read this type of book before. I liked the characters struggling to be themselves and still please each other. I did think that the author must never had surgery of any kind. Several reasons....Bailey just had surgery to make repairs after a through and through gun shot wound, but she's taken off IV fluids as soon as she comes to, taken off all moniters, there's no IV pain medication, there's no catheter...she's suppose to get up and go to the restroom and then eat something after just coming out of surgery. And then she's sent home after a two night stay. I just couldn't buy into that quick a recovery. Aside from that, I really enjoyed it and I have read it more than once. I would definitely recommend that you read this book. I gave it four stars because the hospital stay was just not realistic.Product details

At times it was confusing it went from one scene to another and I found myself 're reading all the time,,it was a good story but I won't read the 2nd book
This is a page turner that you won't want to put down!
It also has a terrific characters as well as a great plot line.
Intelligent writing, believable characters, exciting bdsm scenes and humor....what more could you ask for? I'll be looking for more in this genre written by this author.
This story was a good one that combined some mystery along with a new new Dom/sub relationship with a person totally new to the lifestyle. There was well written suspense to go along with a developing love story a Bailey discovered her submissive side. I would suggest it to friends.
I was not sure what to expect but this was a REALLY GREAT story!!! It had everything in it to make it a real page turner! I really enjoyed it!!! It had love, lust, angst and mystery!!! I could not put it down! I am looking forward to reading more by this author!!! GREAT STORY!!!!!
Wow!!! What a great story. Lots of spanking and romance and bdsm. What can I say except wow. I never have read any of her books before, but I plan on read more. I really love her writhing style and she is now one of my favorite authors.
The beginning draws the reader to the story. The author develops the characters while leading Bailey on her sexual journey of submission. The author further draws the reader with a mystery. Although the mystery is foreshadowed and therefore uncomplicated, it lends excitment. I will read this again sometime!
